Jason Taggart

A life long resident of Central Ohio Jason is a
graduate of the Ohio State University with a BA
in Economics. Taggart became Licensed in 1994
and has been involved in property management,
development, brokerage and ownership of
industrial, office and retail properties for
over 11 years. Taggart has been involved in CBR
and OAR as a member of the C/I Membership
committee in 2000; Committee Member of the C/I
MLS CIE Exchange and CORPAC Fund Raising
Committee in 2005 and future SIOR candidate.
Taggart was also involved as a Committee Member
of the Northland Alliance in 2002 and active
fund raiser for the Arthritis Foundation and ALS
Association of Ohio. Taggart is married, and a
Father of two young children who reside in
Dublin.

development, sales and leasing and management
since 1967. His professional expertise in the

office, industrial, retail and land development

Leasing and Sales Associate
A graduate of the University of Dayton, Ryan is
also a life long resident of Central Ohio and
became licensed in 2007. Since becoming a
licensed Realtor, Ryan has completed numerous
real estate transactions with a focus on office,
industrial and retail leasing for Tenants and
Landlords. Ryan focuses on the Central Ohio
office and industrial markets to fulfill client
requirements of both Seller/Landlords and
Buyer/Tenants. Ryan’s efforts have improved our
office portfolio occupancy from 40% to 90% in
less than a year.

A: Our fees are based on services paid by
the Landlord or Property Owner which are
typically set forth in a commission agreement.
They relate to a per square foot cost or % of
the value created.
Q: I already have a licensed real estate
broker licensed to do business in the State of
Ohio. Can he or she use your services?
A: Yes, in fact, we encourage a
co-operative environment however; we are tied to
our company policy on agency disclosure as
dictated by the State of Ohio which is available
upon request.
Q: Do you have marketing reports that you
can share?
A: We can easily customize marketing
reports to help make evaluations tailored to
address your needs. Depending on the scope of
the report, we can typically provide quick
